Autoantibody
MuSK1B is an autoantibody binding to MuSK and demonstrated pathogenic capacity. It recognized an epitope located in the Ig2-like domain of MuSK. Fab MuSK1B has an affinity of 0.44 nM for MuSK. The Fab of MuSK1B inhibited AChR clustering by 98.5%.
