Mouse Anti-NUMB Recombinant Antibody (NU484)

The anti-NUMB recombinant antibody (NU484) reacts with human NUMB. NUMB is a membrane-associated protein that acts as a master regulator of asymmetric cell division and a potent inhibitor of the Notch signaling pathway. It facilitates the endocytosis of Notch receptors, thereby promoting cell differentiation over self-renewal. NUMB is a tumor suppressor; its loss leads to Notch hyperactivation and oncogenesis. The anti-NUMB antibody (NU484) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
