Distinguishes R4 Variant
This OT-1 clone variant was exactly what we needed to distinguish the OVA antigen variant R4. It recognized the SIIRFEKL sequence in the context of H2-Kb, providing clear data for our peptide specificity comparisons.
Excellent Serpin Homology Tool
We used this product to study the sequence homology of Ovalbumin to the serpin superfamily. The soluble TCR was stable and effective, allowing us to perform detailed assays on serine protease inhibitor characteristics.
