KIH Strategy For OT-1
The Knob-in-hole expression strategy for this OT-1 clone is excellent. It provided a stable heterodimer that recognized the OVA peptide EIINFEKL in the context of H2-Kb, which was perfect for our structural homology studies.
Reliable Antigen Recognition
This product was key for our research on the serpin superfamily. The soluble TCR functioned well in our assays, and the replacement of VL/VH with the single chain TCR regions worked exactly as described in the product notes.
