Mouse Anti-P2RX7 Recombinant Antibody (P2910)

The anti-P2RX7 recombinant antibody (P2910) reacts with human, mouse and rabbit P2RX7. P2RX7 is an ATP-gated ionotropic receptor that functions as a non-selective cation channel. Under high ATP concentrations (common at sites of tissue damage), it forms a large pore. P2RX7 signaling is the primary trigger for the NLRP3 inflammasome and IL-1beta release, making it a central mediator of neuroinflammation and chronic pain. The anti-P2RX7 antibody (P2910) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
