Mouse Anti-PDE5A Recombinant Antibody (PD134)
CAT#: VS-0326-YC134
The anti-PDE5A recombinant antibody (PD134) reacts with human PDE5A. PDE5A is a cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase that regulates the concentration of intracellular cGMP by catalyzing its degradation to 5'-GMP. It is primarily found in vascular smooth muscle and the corpus cavernosum. PDE5A signaling maintains vascular tone; its pharmacological inhibition leads to increased cGMP levels and prolonged vasodilation, making it the primary target for treating erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. The anti-PDE5A antibody (PD134) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
