The Rabbit Anti-PERP Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat PERP. PERP is involved in activating cysteine-type endopeptidase activity and regulates neutrophil chemotaxis. It's predicted to be located in desmosomes and plasma membranes and is implicated in conditions like erythrokeratodermia variabilis. The anti-PERP antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
