The anti-PSMC3 recombinant antibody (PS326) reacts with human, monkey and rat PSMC3. PSMC3 (RPT5) is an ATPase subunit of the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome. it is responsible for the unfolding and translocation of ubiquitinated proteins into the catalytic 20S core. PSMC3 signaling is essential for the degradation of misfolded proteins and the regulation of the cell cycle. The anti-PSMC3 antibody (PS326) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
