Anti-PTEN antibodies conjugated with liposomes have shown great potential in the treatment of gliomas. Some studies indicate that the use of these liposomes can effectively inhibit tumor growth, achieving up to 90% tumor reduction. Moreover, the activity of PTEN is closely related to the sensitivity of glioma cells to radiotherapy, suggesting that anti-PTEN antibodies may play an important role in enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
