Mouse Anti-PTN Recombinant Antibody (PT354)

The anti-PTN recombinant antibody (PT354) reacts with human and murine PTN. PTN is a secreted heparin-binding growth factor that signals through several receptors, including PTPRZ. It is essential for neuronal development and angiogenesis. PTN signaling promotes the proliferation of neural stem cells and is often upregulated in glioblastomas and breast cancer, where it drives tumor vascularization and invasive growth. The anti-PTN antibody (PT354) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
