Anti-Human PTN Recombinant Antibody (3B10) (CAT#: TAB-0333CL)

The antibody is an anti-PTN antibody specifically binds to pleiotrophin which is highly expressed during development but with very specific and limited expression in normal adult tissue. By neutralizing one biological activity of PTN and inhibit cancer cell growth and angiogenesis, the PTN-specific antibody can be used in the treatment of cancers such as pancreatic cancer, glioblastoma, choriocarcinoma and breast cancer.
