Rabbit Anti-PTPRC Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-2H1) (CAT#: VS3-XY3482)
This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to PTPRC (Protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C), which acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. This antibody specifically recognizes human PTPRC. It has been detected by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

- Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN. Dephosphorylates LYN, and thereby modulates LYN activity (By similarity).
