This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to PTPRC (Protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C), which acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. This antibody specifically recognizes human PTPRC. It has been detected by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

Dephosphorylates LYN, and thereby modulates LYN activity (By similarity).
