Mouse Anti-RETN Recombinant Antibody (RE989)

The anti-RETN recombinant antibody (RE989) reacts with human RETN. Resistin is an adipokine that serves as a bridge between obesity and insulin resistance. In humans, it is primarily secreted by macrophages. Resistin signaling induces pro-inflammatory cytokine production via the TLR4 receptor, promoting systemic low-grade inflammation and impairing insulin signaling in muscle and liver tissues. The anti-RETN antibody (RE989) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
