The anti-ROR2 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC296) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human ROR2. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to ROR2. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of ROR2 on cells and tissues. Human ROR2 is a tyrosine kinase receptor involved in cell migration and embryonic development. Mutations in the ROR2 gene are linked to skeletal disorders, and its dysregulation is implicated in the progression of certain cancers.
