This product is an antibody that recognizes Rotavirus. The antibody mab27 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA.

WI61 RV was incubated with the indicated human recombinant mAbs (100 ng/mL) for 1 hour at 37°C, and then added to the basolateral side of the enteroid monolayer culture. Cells were fixed 16 hours after infection and then stained with FITC-labeled polyclonal rabbit anti-RV antibody (green), Texas red-phalloidin (red), and DAPI (blue).
