Mouse Anti-SDHA Recombinant Antibody (SD402)

The anti-SDHA recombinant antibody (SD402) reacts with human and murine SDHA. SDHA is a major subunit of the Succinate Dehydrogenase (Complex II) in the mitochondria. It links the TCA cycle to the electron transport chain. Mutations in SDHA lead to mitochondrial respiratory chain defects and are associated with Leigh syndrome and paragangliomas. The anti-SDHA antibody (SD402) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
