Mouse Anti-SETD7 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1198)

This product is an anti-SETD7 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human, monkey and rat SETD7. SETD7 (SET7/9) is a methyltransferase that targets both histones (H3K4) and non-histone proteins like p53 and E2F1. By methylating p53, it enhances its stability and transcriptional activity, acting as a critical regulator of the cellular stress response and apoptosis. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC841 and VS-0326-YC842, directed against SETD7 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC), Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
