Mouse Anti-SIGLEC1 Recombinant Antibody (SI943)

The anti-SIGLEC1 recombinant antibody (SI943) reacts with human SIGLEC1. SIGLEC1 (Sialoadhesin/CD169) is a sialic-acid-binding receptor on macrophages. It facilitates the capture of viruses (like HIV and Ebola) and their presentation to T-cells. It serves as a biomarker for Type I Interferon activation and is critical for the initiation of anti-viral immune responses. The anti-SIGLEC1 antibody (SI943) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
