The type-1 diabetes mellitus resistant ZnT8 specific antibody C27 is screened and authenticated. C27 antibody has a good biological activity, capable of specifically recognizing human pancreatic islets of provision ΖnΤ8 expression of cell fields. It can be used for diagnosing and treating type-1 diabetes mellitus and preparing prognosis reagents.

The binding capacity of serial diluted scFv to the C terminal dimer decreased with the dilution ratio increased, which indicated the renatured scFvs could bind to ZnT8 in a concentration dependent manner.
