The affinity assay showed that C22 scFv bound to N/C fusion protein with high affinity.

The binding capacity of serial diluted scFv to the C terminal dimer decreased with the dilution ratio increased, which indicated the renatured scFvs could bind to ZnT8 in a concentration dependent manner.
