Rat Anti-SRF Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W18)

This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W18, targets a full-length mouse SRF protein. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western Blot (WB). SRF (Serum Response Factor) is a ubiquitous nuclear protein that stimulates cell proliferation and differentiation by binding to the serum response element (SRE) in gene promoters. This antibody is valuable for studying cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and cellular growth and differentiation.
