Mouse Anti-TRADD Recombinant Antibody (TR682)

The anti-TRADD recombinant antibody (TR682) reacts with human TRADD. TRADD is a critical adaptor protein in the TNF-α signaling pathway. It binds to the death domain of TNFR1. TRADD acts as a molecular switch, recruiting TRAF2 to activate NF-κB (pro-survival) or recruiting FADD to initiate apoptosis (cell death), depending on the cellular context. The anti-TRADD antibody (TR682) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
