Human Anti-UBE2A Recombinant Antibody (clone AA2); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0270-YC-F(E))
Rad6 was in its GTP-bound conformation on the Golgi apparatus and transport intermediates, and the geometry of transport intermediates was modulated by Rad6 activity. The AA2 is a Rad6-specific antibody directed against the GTP-bound conformation.
