Mouse Anti-UGDH Recombinant Antibody (UG106)

The anti-UGDH recombinant antibody (UG106) reacts with human UGDH. UGDH is a cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of UDP-glucose to UDP-glucuronic acid. This provides the essential precursor for the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans (e.g., hyaluronan, heparan sulfate) and for drug glucuronidation. UGDH signaling is often upregulated in cancers to promote an invasive extracellular matrix. The anti-UGDH antibody (UG106) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
