Mouse Anti-WT1 Recombinant Antibody (WT341)

The anti-WT1 recombinant antibody (WT341) reacts with human and monkey WT1. WT1 is a zinc-finger transcription factor that acts as both an activator and a repressor. It is essential for the development of the kidneys and gonads. WT1 signaling is a dual-role factor in oncology: it acts as a tumor suppressor in Wilms tumor but functions as a potent oncogene in leukemia, where it is used as a biomarker for minimal residual disease. The anti-WT1 antibody (WT341) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
