This ADC product is composed of an anti-DLL3 antibody (clone SC16.34) conjugated via linker to PBD dimers(hSC16.34-ADC1). It has demonstrated a response in NETs treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of binding to DNA minor groove and causing DNA damage.

- This gene encodes a member of the delta protein ligand family. This family functions as Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. Clone SC16.34 Effectiveness
We compared this clone, SC16.34, in our DLL3 targeting assays and found it to be highly effective. The antibody directs the PBD dimer payload precisely to the cells expressing the delta-like protein 3. This product has been essential for our studies on the impact of DNA cross-linking agents in neuroendocrine tumor models.
High Potency DNA Damage
The mechanism of action for this ADC is impressive. The PBD dimers form covalent bonds within the minor groove of DNA, leading to severe DNA damage. We observed significant cytotoxicity in our target cells, which aligns with the expected potency of this class of payloads. A very valuable research tool.
