Human Anti-C5AR1 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0425-FY35) (CAT#: VS-0425-FY35)
anti-C5AR1 scFv-Fc antibody is a monoclonal antibody that targets C5AR1 with high affinity and specificity. C5AR1 is part of the complement system and is involved in inflammatory responses. The antibody specifically binds to C5AR1 through its single-chain variable fragment (scFv) domain, and the Fc fragment endows it with the ability to interact with immune effector molecules such as Fc receptors and the complement system. This antibody has potential applications in studying the function and mechanism of C5AR1 and may serve as a potential target for treating related diseases.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Sulfation plays a critical role in the association of C5aR with C5a, but no significant role in the ability of the receptor to transduce a signal and mobilize calcium in response to a small a small peptide agonist.
Sulfation at Tyr-14 is important for CHIPS binding.
Phosphorylated on serine residues in response to C5a binding, resulting in internalization of the receptor and short-term desensitization to the ligand.
The key residues involved in this process are Ser-334 and Ser-338.
Glycosylation at Asn5
Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
Glycosylation from GlyGen 1 site
- Protein Refseq

- Function
- Receptor for the chemotactic and inflammatory peptide anaphylatoxin C5a.
The ligand interacts with at least two sites on the receptor: a high-affinity site on the extracellular N-terminus, and a second site in the transmembrane region which activates downstream signaling events.
Receptor activation stimulates chemotaxis, granule enzyme release, intracellular calcium release and superoxide anion production.
