Human Anti-CCR4 (clone 208) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0325-FY56)

The anti-CCR4 scFv-Fc antibody is a specialized recombinant protein that was designed to target and bind to the CCR4 (C-C chemokine receptor type 4) protein. This antibody is based on a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) fused to an Fc region to enhance stability, increase half-life in circulation, and improve effector function. CCR4 is primarily expressed on certain immune cells, including Th2 cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and is implicated in various inflammatory responses and certain cancers, notably leukemia and lymphomas.
