This anti-GPA33 scFv-Fc antibody is a recombinant antibody fragment designed for the detection of colorectal cancer. It comprises a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) derived from a humanized antibody against GPA33, fused to the Fc region of human IgG1. This design provides enhanced tumor targeting and retention compared to smaller antibody fragments while maintaining advantages over full-sized antibodies in terms of tissue penetration and clearance.
