Human Anti-SDC1 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0325-FY153) (CAT#: VS-0325-FY153)

The Anti-Syndecan-1 (MM-specific glycoform) scFv-Fc antibody is a promising new research, diagnostic, and therapeutic tool specifically targeting a heavily sulfated glycoform of syndecan-1 (CD138) uniquely expressed on multiple myeloma (MM) cells. This high specificity minimizes off-target effects on normal blood cells and other tissues. The scFv-Fc format, comprising a single-chain variable fragment fused to the Fc region of human IgG1, confers both strong binding and the ability to induce antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
