The anti-CD138 scFv-Fc antibody targets CD138 (syndecan-1), a cell surface proteoglycan often overexpressed in multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders. It is designed to deliver targeted therapy to CD138-positive cells, enhancing the specificity of cancer treatments. The scFv-Fc format provides high affinity and prolonged circulation time, improving its therapeutic potential.
