anti-MIgG(Fc)-C-MD10 ADC (CAT#: ADC-1022-SMz)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-mouse IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to MD10 (anti-mouse IgG(Fc)-CL-MD10). The antibody portion is a secondary antibody and the drug portion, monomethyl dolastatin 10 (MD10), is a cytotoxic small molecule which blocks the polymerization of tubulin. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening mouse monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
