Mouse Anti-CD248 (clone FB5) scFv-Fc Chimera

TEM-1 is considered a promising target for soft tissue sarcoma, as it is a highly expressed antigen in various tumor cells, showing great potential for application in cancer diagnosis and treatment. The use of a single-chain antibody-Fc (scfv-Fc) that binds to TEM-1 is expected to significantly increase the radioactivity ratio between tumor tissue and normal tissue, enabling more precise tumor diagnosis and targeted therapy. This strategy not only has the potential to enhance treatment efficacy but may also reduce damage to healthy tissues, providing patients with a safer and more effective treatment option.
