Recombinant Mouse Anti-gp100 Soluble TCR (Sp(0.1)A10) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF307)
Mouse TCR (Sp(0.1)A10) recognizes gp100 peptide (KTWGQYWQV) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (Sp(0.1)A10). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
