Recombinant Rabbit Anti-CXCL1 Detection Antibody (clone R08-8D0) (CAT#: VS3-WK1697)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human CXCL1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human CXCL1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R05-8F6 and R08-8D0 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R08-8D0 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human CXCL1.

  • Post Translation Modifications
  • N-terminal processed forms GRO-alpha(4-73), GRO-alpha(5-73) and GRO-alpha(6-73) are produced by proteolytic cleavage after secretion from peripheral blood monocytes.
  • Function
  • Has chemotactic activity for neutrophils. May play a role in inflammation and exerts its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. In vitro, the processed forms GRO-alpha(4-73), GRO-alpha(5-73) and GRO-alpha(6-73) show a 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
