Recombinant Anti-Tgfbr1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC39)
CAT#: VS-0425-YC39
The Recombinant Anti-Tgfbr1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC39) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to Tgfbr1-expressed cells or tissues. The Tgfbr1 is a receptor for TGF-beta, part of a signaling pathway affecting cellular responses like proliferation and apoptosis, with knockout models showing impaired angiogenesis.

- Introduction
- This gene encodes a member of the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) receptor family of proteins. These proteins comprise one component of the TGF-beta signaling pathway, which transduces extracellular signals into gene expression changes to regulate a wide range of cellular responses, including proliferation, migration, differentiation and apoptosis. Homozygous knockout mice for this gene exhibit impaired angiogenesis and embryonic lethality.
