We used this IgM monoclonal antibody (clone 9B22) for Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue sections. It successfully stained the TGF-beta Receptor I, allowing us to visualize the expression patterns of this serine/threonine kinase in our human tissue samples.
