Reliable TGF-beta Receptor Staining
We used clone 43H12 to detect TGFBR1 in human tissue sections via Immunohistochemistry. The staining was specific and localized to the expected cell types. It also worked well in Western Blot, showing a clean band for the receptor kinase.
Essential For Signaling Research
This antibody is key for our research on the TGF-beta signaling pathway. It specifically recognizes the type 1 receptor and helps us monitor its expression levels. The product purity is excellent, and we have had consistent results with ELISA as well.
