Recombinant Mouse Anti-AAV VP1 Antibody (A20) (CAT#: PABL-390)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (A20) is capable of binding to AAV VP1 , expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). A20 is a monoclonal antibody which neutralizes AAV-2 and AAV-3B subsequent to primary receptor binding.

HeLa cells were infected with wild-type AAV at a MOI of 10,000 particles per cell for 10 min at 37°C, washed to remove unadsorbed virus, and incubated at 37°C. Viral particles were detected with A20 monoclonal antibody.

HeLa cells were infected with wild-typeAAV as in panel A and incubated at 37°C for 10 min. Samples were then stained with A20 antibody, which stains nucleic acid in the nucleus.
