Anti-Human ADAMTS5 Recombinant Antibody (7B4) (CAT#: TAB-0692CLV)
The anti-ADAMTS5 antibody target ADAMTS5 that is kind of aggrecanases of which the activities can result in the degradation of the cartilage matrix. By inhibiting ADAMTS5 and thereby reducing the breakdown of extracellular matrix aggrecan in cartilage and other tissues, the antibody can be used in the treatment of disease of cartilage.

Selective binding of mAbs for ADAMTS-4 (7E8.1E3) and ADAMTS-5 (7B4.1E11) is demonstrated by immunocytochemistry using ADAMTS-4, ADAMTS-5 and Null BacMam transduced CHO cells.
