The anti-ApoE antibody scFv fragment clone 807B-M0004-H03 specifically binds ApoE which is a constituent of very low density lipoprotein produced mainly in liver and brain. The antibody can be used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, systemic amyloidosis and other amyloid disorders.
