Hi-Affi™ Rabbit Anti-ASPH Recombinant Antibody (clone DS269AB) (CAT#: MOR-0269)
Recombinant Rabbit anti-ASPH monoclonal antibody for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

This article distinguishes labyrinthin as a unique tumor-specific antigen (TSA) exclusively expressed on the surface of adenocarcinoma cells, differentiating it from the related intracellular protein aspartyl/asparaginyl β-hydroxylase (ASPH). Through immunohistochemistry, FACS analysis, confocal microscopy, and cell transfection studies, the researchers demonstrate that labyrinthin not only serves as a marker but appears functional in the cancer phenotype, with its expression promoting cancerous characteristics in normal cells and its inhibition normalizing cancer cell morphology.
Creative Biolabs provided recombinant human IgG1 (CAT#: MHH-78-F(E)) antibodies that bind to ASPH in HEK 293 cells as well as polyclonal antibodies (CAT#: MOR-0269) targeting ASPH amino acids 250-350. These antibodies helped the researchers distinguish between ASPH and labyrinthin binding patterns, clarifying the cellular localization and expression patterns of these proteins and establishing labyrinthin as a distinct cell-surface target for potential adenocarcinoma immunotherapy approaches.
