The scFv is a recombinant human antibody fragment that targets CD38. The anti-CD38 antibody has an affinity of 0.3 nM towards MOLP-8 cells. The antibody is the scfv fragment format of the whole antibody (cat# TAB-153LC), which consists of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
