This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody against CD5. It binds to human and cynomolgus CD5. It is a mouse monoclonal antibody that can potentially be used to treat autoimmune diseases.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-308LC in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 1) and non-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as about 180-275 kDa.

ELISA analysis of TAB-308LC was performed by coating with human CD5 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-308LC. The HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Flow cytometry analysis of hPBMC cells incubated with Anti-Human CD5 Recombinant Antibody, Cat# TAB-308LC. hPBMC cells were stained with TAB-308LC (blue histogram, TE232276-1) or isotype control antibody (yellow histogram), followed by FITC-conjugated goat anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. The used concentration of TAB-308LC was 5 µg per 5 x 10^6 cells.
