Anti-CDH17 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies specifically bind to Cadherin-17 with high affinity can be used for treating various cancers, including colorectal cancer.

Enhanced ADCC Activity
We used this Afuco antibody to study antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity against colorectal cancer cell lines. The defucosylated nature of the antibody noticeably enhanced its ADCC activity compared to standard antibodies.
High Affinity For Cadherin-17
This antibody binds specifically to CDH17. We found it to be a robust reagent for our research on liver-intestine cadherin. The purity was excellent, showing over 95 percent on SDS-PAGE.
