Recombinant Rabbit anti-CSF2RA monoclonal antibody for WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Western Blot Detection
We utilized this Hi-Affi™ Rabbit monoclonal antibody (Clone DS826AB) for Western Blotting of CSF2RA. The signal was strong and specific, far better than other antibodies we tried. It clearly identifies the alpha subunit of the GM-CSF receptor in our lysates.
High Specificity And Sensitivity
The recombinant technology used to generate this antibody ensures high specificity and sensitivity. We appreciate that it is purified with Protein A agarose. It has been a key tool in our research regarding granulocyte and macrophage differentiation signaling pathways.
