Useful for Muscle Biopsy
We used this antibody to immunolabel the sarcolemma in human muscle biopsy samples. It successfully bound to alpha-dystroglycan, allowing us to evaluate the dystroglycan complex. The staining was specific and helped us visualize the structures relevant to our neuromuscular research.
