Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (4E10-IgG1) (CAT#: MRO-026LC)
This product is a recombinant human anti-HIV-1 monoclonal antibody. 4E10-IgG1 specifically binds to gp41 and can be potentially used in the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), a condition in humans characterized by clinical features including wasting syndromes, central nervous system degeneration and profound immunosuppression that results in life-threatening opportunistic infections and malignancies.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
Figure 1. Inhibition of HIV-1 infection in primary macrophages. All three MAbs were IgG; 4E10 served as a positive control, and the nonneutralizing anti-HIV-1 Mab A32 was used as a negative control.

Figure 2. Antibody-dependent cell-mediated viral inhibition (ADCVI) of 2F5 and 4E10 in comparison to b12. Supernatant was collected and assayed for p27 by ELISA to measure viral inhibition.
