Human Anti-HLA-DRB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone huA33); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0023-YC-F(E))
The monoclonal antibody antigen is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in normal colonic and bowel epithelium and human colon cancers. A humanized version of mAb may be characterized to identify epitopes relating to the observed immune response in humans as a therapeutic antibody.
