The anti-HLA-DR antibody that recognizes the human leucocyte antigen-DR (HLA-DR), which is a cell membrane molecule associated with immunity. And anti-HLA-DR antibody can be as a preventive or therapeutic agent for diseases caused by an HLA-DR-expressing cell, especially, a therapeutic agent for malignant tumors.
